Return Policy

At Pleine Conscience, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under certain conditions.

Return Conditions:

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product.
• Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used or damaged.
• Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the error is ours.
• Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. A restocking fee may apply to certain products.
• Exceptions: Certain items, such as books, may not be refundable if the packaging has been opened.
